Privacy notice

What we collect

Your email, your face photos (six standard angles and an optional skin close-up), your questionnaire answers — including your chosen recommendation path (natural, professional options or compare both) — your consent choices with timestamps, and payment status from Stripe. We never receive your card details.

Why

Only to produce and deliver your personalized report. Face photos are sensitive personal data; we collect only what the report needs. We do not perform identity recognition, attractiveness scoring or medical diagnosis.

Storage and access

Photos are kept in private storage, never publicly accessible, and opened only through short-lived signed access by the person preparing your report.

Optional research use

Allowing anonymized use to improve the service is a separate checkbox, off by default, and never required.

Retention and deletion

We do not currently delete photos automatically. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via the deletion request page or by emailing privacy@facemap.studio.
